MAXUS has launched new EV support for customers of its T90 EV – the UK’s only all-electric pick-up currently available. Called the 5,6,7,8 programme, it combines a long warranties, discounted price, and a free charge point.
It is called “5,6,7,8” because it combines:
5: Five-year warranty
6: £6,000 conquest programme
7: Free 7kW charger (Home or Workplace installed)
8: Eight-year battery warranty
This offer is on top of the £5,000 Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) grant, which reduces prices for the T90 EV to £38,950 (ex VAT), until 30th September 2023. Maxus is keen to emphasise that the offer is not a scrappage scheme.
We did it before with our £30m conquest support programme and we’re doing it again with a new £6,000, per vehicle, support programme and free charger to help our customers transition to EV. This is part of Maxus’ commitment to making sustainable transportation feasible and accessible.
Mark Barrett, Director, Harris MAXUS
The Maxus T90 EV (above) offers a range of up to 205 miles (WLTP) as a twin-cab pick-up, powered by a 150 kW motor and offers a payload of 1,000kg. Battery capacity is 88.55kWh with a charging time (20-80% DC) of approximately 45 minutes.
