GOFOR is introducing a driver portal for its expanding client base of salary sacrifice customers. The new portal is an extension of the Edinburgh-based fleet management company’s arrangement with salary sacrifice consultancy BCF Wessex.
Built by BCF Wessex, it will provide drivers with online access to the latest electric vehicle (EV) offers, allowing them to compare different cars available to them which suit their circumstances.
After choosing their vehicle, Gofor’s new system will display a simple analysis of the gross salary sacrifice, tax deductions, and ultimate net salary sacrifice. Additionally, it will offer a comparison of the cost of leasing the same car privately versus salary sacrifice.
The new Gofor customer portal represents a real landmark for our salary sacrifice product and is the result of a significant investment from the business. We believe this positions us as a serious salary sacrifice provider using technology as an enabler for more people to access new electric vehicles. For Gofor, it will offer us the opportunity to manage new driver enquiries at scale and ramp up the number of salary sacrifice deals we write.
Graham Lesslie, Managing Director of Gofor
The new customer portal is Gofor’s latest development in the company’s digital expansion. The company’s aim is to create a customer journey that combines best-in-class automation with customer service that the business has built a reputation on.
Jeff Whitcombe, Director of BCF Wessex said: “Gofor has demonstrated commitment to advancing and investing in their digital strategy since my first introduction to Graham. We’re delighted to align with Graham’s vision and provide his customers with a portal which offers scheme flexibility and supports the driver. Our team has crafted a fast, flexible, integration-friendly system to help make EVs and salary sacrifice easier to comprehend.”
