With over 30 years of automotive experience, both with volume and premium OEMs, Sally brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Since joining Mercedes-Benz in 2012, Sally has held various senior positions and has been instrumental in driving the success of the brand.
Her previous roles include Head of Fleet, Used Cars and Re-Marketing, and Customer Operations Director in Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Mercedes says this has given Sally a deep understanding of the customer journey and the importance of providing a seamless buying experience.
