IF your SME small fleet management software is an excel spreadsheet, then a cloud-driven product such as ODO could be what you are looking for.
ODO is a Software as a Service (SAAS) fleet management platform. Launched in 2018, the company behind the programme – Drive Software Solutions – has now got new financial backing from VIVA Investment and a team of top technology specialists behind it.
The result, says ODO, is a system that is easy to use, but will allow your company full fleet management both now and in the future as fleet management morphs into mobility management.
Among the current features it offers are automatic alerts and reminders, so your time can be focused on getting on with day-to-day business.
ODO says it can help fleets take back control, managing costs, stamping out things like fuel fraud and making end-of-contract excess mileage penalties and unexpected damage re-charges a thing of the past.
Among the senior managers joining ODO‘s operating company are Richard Parris, chairman of Sabien Technology Group and CEO at Salt Cybersecurity, who will become chairman following completion of a current assignment.
The new CEO is David King who has built and exited successful technology firms for 20-plus years and Robert Gorby, chief commercial officer, who brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience.
They join the existing experienced team of senior executives: Simon West-Oliver, strategic partnerships director, Dave Pegg, technical director and Stuart Newmarch, development director.
Dr René Eichenberger, chairman of VIVA Investment Partners, who has joined the board, commented:
“This is now a winning team. We are open for business. The momentum is strong, and the opportunity in mobility tremendous.”
