TWO significant new improvements to FleetCheck’s Vehicle Inspection App will be presented at the Commercial Vehicle Show 2022 later this month.
Having initially been launched at the industry event five years ago, the app has been used to complete more than 12.7 million individual truck, bus, van, and car walk around safety checks.
This year’s enhancements include a new trip recorder feature, designed to manually record journeys made by employees for business purposes in the app. It’s been designed for fleets that have extensive very fleet operations.
FleetCheck has also added a QR Code Generator that allows a unique QR code to be created and attached to each fleet vehicle. This removes the need to manually enter the registration, which can occasionally lead to data errors.
Peter Golding, FleetCheck managing director, said:
The Vehicle Inspection App was launched at CV Show and we are always pleased to be able to use the event to announce key upgrades to the product, which has become our most successful ever in terms of usage.
Regularly improved, the Vehicle Inspection App allows drivers and fleet managers to schedule, carry out, confirm, follow-up, and audit all sorts of legally-required inspections.
The CV Show runs from 24th-26th May at the NEC in Birmingham, and FleetCheck can be found at stand 5G40 throughout the event.
