LISA Brankin is the new Managing Director of Ford Britain and Ireland.
This is the formalisation of the interim role Brankin has been performing since early October.
Brankin replaces former MD Andy Barrett who suddenly took leave of absence for personal reasons and has now announced his retirement after 40 years with the company.
Brankin, who joined Ford in 1990 as a graduate trainee, will be responsible for all of Ford’s marketing, sales and service activities in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She reports to Jon Williams, Vice President of Sales, Ford of Europe.
Lisa has shown great leadership over many years in her senior roles in the Ford of Britain team and is the right person to take the business forward in our largest market in Europe. At the same time, we thank Andy for his many years of service and contributions to Ford.
Roelant de Waard, Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Service and General Manager of Passenger Vehicles, Ford of Europe
Prior to her new position, Brankin was Director, Passenger Vehicles, and prior to that Sales Director from January 2019 and Marketing Director from August 2015.
Anthony Ireson Director of the Customer Service Division takes over from Brankin as Director of Passenger Vehicles.
