JONATHAN Murray is named the new Head of Zemo Partnership. He takes over from Claire Haigh who is stepping down to concentrate on a personal project.
Jonathan Murray has worked in senior positions at Zemo (and formerly the Low Carbon Vehicle) Partnership for approaching 20 years. Prior to that he worked on transport/environment projects, including as Director of Transport at the Energy Saving Trust.
He steps up from his role as Director of Finance, Operations and Business Development at the Zemo Partnership.
“I am excited to take on this role at a critical time in the transition to decarbonised transport in the UK. We are well on the way to achieving our goals, though there are still challenges ahead both in policy and in delivery. But if we get this right, the opportunities to create benefits for both our economy and our environment are huge. I would like to wish Claire well in her endeavour, through which she seeks to tackle similar challenges, but from a different perspective.”
Jonathan Murray, Acting Managing Director, Zemo Partnership
