FLEET software specialist FleetCheck has appointed Kay Saunders to the newly created role of Head of Client Experience. This strategic move comes as part of FleetCheck’s ongoing expansion and commitment to delivering exceptional service to its growing client base.
Saunders brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent the last four years as Head of Global Fleet Operations at Polestar Performance AB in Sweden. Prior to that, she held various sales and marketing positions at Volvo Car UK and Volvo Car Group for nearly two decades.
In her new position, Saunders will oversee three key areas: new client onboarding, client services, and account management for larger fleets. Her focus will be on ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all FleetCheck clients, from their initial interaction with the company through to ongoing support and account management.

Saunders’ appointment follows two other recent additions to the FleetCheck team: Callum Hayman-Collins as Chief Operating Officer and Sarah Bengochea as Head of Marketing. These strategic hires are aimed at strengthening the company’s leadership and preparing it for further growth in the competitive fleet software market.
