CLAIRE Hughes, a long-time executive with leasing and mobility company Arval, has joined Ebbon-Dacs.
Hughes will take up the role of Head of Commercial – Leasing & OEMs at the Oxford-based technology provider.
Ebbon-Dacs, which provides hosted, web-based technology solutions to the automotive contract hire and leasing sector, said it would strengthen the business in line with its future growth plans.
Hughes, with some 20 year’s experience at Arval, is well known in the fleet industry. In her new role she will take responsibility for the development and growth of strategic relationships with UK leasing companies and vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), plus the customer service team and account managers.
Hughes was most recently Network Category Manager for Buy and Delivery at Arval UK and worked with Ebbon-Dacs in that role, saying:
This was a major factor in my decision to join Ebbon-Dacs, which I knew was a great company with outstanding products. I saw this as an excellent opportunity to move and further expand and develop my career
Hughes reports into Chief Commercial Officer, Justine Hawkins, who said she would be a “major asset to our business. It is fantastic to be able to welcome someone with Claire’s experience to the team.”
