A NEW all-in-one subscription has been launched by Hyundai Motor UK, available across its range of pure-electric, plug-in hybrid, and hybrid models.
Hyundai Mocean looks to offer customers a simple, single monthly fee to cover all major motoring costs, with access starting from £339 per month.
Subscriptions are available for between 3 and 24 months, and the sign-up process has been designed to only take a few clicks for a fully digital path. Drivers pick their car, choose how long to subscribe for, and input their details – the car will then be delivered to them within a few days.
Insurance, roadside assistance, car tax, and maintenance & repairs are included within the monthly subscription, leaving just fuel costs to be added to the driver’s monthly motoring budget.
Customers can opt to change their car every six months should they so wish, reflecting the fact that circumstances could well change within that time and their vehicle requirements will need to shift to match. Once subscribed, customers can leave at any time with a one-month notice period.
Hyundai’s line-up is widely electrified, with a variety of cars from superminis to SUVs available to pick from, and broad selection of electrification including EVs with class leading driving range.

For those that a traditional PCP or HP agreement simply doesn’t suit, or for those that want the simplicity of one monthly payment and the flexibility of a one-month cancellation period, Mocean delivers. For us, this new innovation marks the beginning of a journey from car manufacturer to mobility service provider, finding new and innovative ways to help enrich our customers’ lives.”
The Mocean service launches initially in Greater London, but will quickly be rolled-out to other major UK cities throughout the remainder of the year. Currently the service is for personal users only
